Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino angered police groups around the country with comments he made at a recent rally against police brutality in New York; and in turn, some police unions are encouraging a boycott of his upcoming film.

Cornel West, Union Theological Seminary professor and author of  Black Prophetic Fire (Beacon Press, 2014), and Carl Dix, national spokesperson for the Revolutionary Communist Party, founded the movement called "Rise Up October to Stop Police Terror." They talk about the movement and the impact of Tarantino's involvement.

Then Peter Moskos, associate professor in the department of law and police science at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a former Baltimore City police officer, talks not just about what Quentin Tarantino said about cops, but about the general attitude toward police officers at the moment, which some police groups and unions say is overwhelmingly negative.
